The Information Technology Department makes use of digital innovation to enhance knowledge, transparency and understanding of Global Fund processes and data

This guide serves as an introduction to “watchdogs ”, i.e. the individuals or organisations whose purpose is to keep a watchful eye and hold to account recipients of funds or positions considered public. It bases its examples mostly from the Global Fund - a focus used as a learning tool for watchdogs about the role they play and what value they hold within and beyond the Fund
