Based on that data, we provide a comparative evaluation of how each grant performed during its first 2 years (Phase 1). Performance information for later years is also provided but has not been evaluated. Aidspan is currently developing a more comprehensive evaluation methodology which will provide comparative analyses of grant performance during every phase: Phase 1 (Years 1-2), Phase 2 (Years 3-5) and Rolling Continuation Channel (RCC) covering subsequent years.
