Mise en œuvre du nouveau modèle de financement

Les recherches menées sur ce thème ont pour but d'observer et de documenter comment le nouveau modèle de financement est mis en œuvre dans les pays, ce qui comprend l’ étude des fonds alloués, l’analyse du rôle des différents acteurs et la contribution de ces acteurs au processus de dialogue national.. Nous suivons ces pays pendant la phase d'élaboration des notes conceptuelles et leur fournissons des modèles et des recommandations pour élaborer une note conceptuelle dans le cadre du NMF. Comme la plupart des pays bénéficiant des subventions du Fonds mondial ont des populations jeunes touchées par le VIH, le paludisme et la tuberculose, Aidspan travaille à formuler des recommandations quant aux possibilités d'intégrer des activités axées sur les enfants.

This paper presents an analysis of the allocations under the NFM for 2014 – 2017, including a description of the impact of “over-allocated” and “significantly over-allocated” determinants on totals for different countries and regions. The analysis also includes a comparison between the allocations totals with the funding received by those countries between 2010 and 2013.
