On 14-15 November 2017, the Global Fund Board held its 38th meeting in Geneva, Switzerland. GFO was present, with observer status. The main decisions made at the meeting, in chronological order, were as follows. The Global Fund Board is on track to select a new executive director at its meeting on 14-15 November 2017.
The next executive director of the Global Fund will be selected at a Board Retreat that will be held on 27-28 February in Geneva. He or she will replace Dr Mark Dybul, whose term ends on 31 May 2017.
